CZ 511 in .22LR – Made in the Czech Republic in 1993. With very interesting “SUBSONIC” marked barrel
Details
The CZ BRNO Model 511 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle. Manufactured in the Czech Republic, this rimfire model was produced for the European market and is distinguished by a barrel marked “SUBSONIC.” The rifle uses a blowback-operated action typical of the 511 series and is configured for .22LR ammunition. Its receiver includes a standard dovetail for scope mounting, and the barrel is fitted with a fixed front sight. The rear sight is not present on this configuration.
This rifle is used. The overall configuration reflects the standard CZ BRNO design with a smooth wood stock and blued metal components. The “SUBSONIC” barrel marking indicates a variant designed to optimize performance with subsonic ammunition, a feature less common among 511 models. The receiver’s dovetail cut allows for fitting of compatible optics or rear sight assemblies if desired. The rifle’s controls, magazine release, and safety are positioned in the traditional CZ layout for semi-automatic rimfire rifles of this era.
No magazine is included with the rifle. The front sight remains installed, while the rear sight is absent. The firearm retains the European-market configuration and markings consistent with its 1993 manufacture. No additional accessories or packaging are included beyond the rifle itself.
